Recently I went through my bookshelf and found a dusty book called "5 love languages" by Dr. Gary Chapman. Started reading again, and I must say, I have been challenged again to speak with the right language.
If you want to learn more about loving people, I highly recommend this book, whether you are a Christian or not, we all need to love and need to be loved. And we need to communicate our love with the language that is understood by the other party.
If you use Kindle, the Kindle edition is also available at a cheaper price. This book should be on everyone's bookshelf, that is of course if you want to become more loving person, and be loved :)
